Exclusive interview!

Since I'm sure our readers would like to know a little bit more about the ones behind this blog, I, Laurea, decided to try to get an interview with Michelle, so that you readers could get to know her. Luckily, I managed to get an interview with her, even though there is so many others waiting in line. She wanted to be there for you, dear readers.

She was very casual when I met her for the interview, and gladly let me in to her beautifully decorated room. I cannot help but notice that her roomate also have an excellent taste in decorating. (The fact that I'm her roommate does not colour this interview at all!) They have quite different styles, but has managed to combine these styles to give the room a very nice feel. Michelle has her laptop on her bed, but is politely ignoring several messages to answer my questions.

Ok, let's start with an easy one: Why did you decide to come to London?
- London is one of the biggest fashion capitals of the world, so studying fashion in London has long been my dream.

Nice, so what do you think of your stay in London, so far?
- It's been an amazing experience, I really love London! I love, the smell, the people and I love that it is so big!

Have you tried fish and ships?
- Yes, I've tried it once. I actually like the crispy taste of the fish and I can't get enough of the greasy chips!

What do you miss the most about Sweden?
- I miss my family and my friends very much. And I also miss the marabou chocolate and the swedish chips, because they are not the same here.

As this is a fashion blog, I'm sure that our readers would like to know something about your style. Is there any kind of garment that is a 'must have' in your wardrobe?
- Hm, I think I have to check my wardrobe! No, I'm kidding. I like things that I can use both in my everyday life and when I'm going out. I have a black dress that I really like. It brings out my curves.

What is most likely to find in your handbag?
- My afro comb, my calender, a lot of receipts that I haven't thrown away, my camera, hand lotion... Besides from that it is mostly the usual stuff like keys and money.

Now, over to some more personal stuff. Do you have a boyfriend?
- Oh, that's too personal! Michelle sais mysteriously.

Oh, ok. I bet our readers will be very disappointed, but well well. Do you have some embarrasing things to share? Do you have any weird habits?
- Hahahah! Oh, do I really want to share that? Well, I have one habit from when I was younger. Every time I step on a manhole cover i pat myself on the back three times so that I wont get bad luck.

Thank you for letting me interview you! Now, let's just finish with two quick lists:

3 things you love:
  • Fashion!
  • Friends and family.
  • Twix. I could live the rest of my life, eating nothing but twix!
3 things you hate:

  • To be honest, I hate doing the dishes!
  • Spiders. Yuck!
  • Running
